Collaboration project with Dutch artist,Arne Hendriks. He is making Miso in Netherland using fava beans, and asked us to make miso in Japan and mix it together following Japanese traditional mixing miso culture with the neighbours, but in a new style, to do it like a wedding ceremony. So we held the world first wedding ceremony of Miso, in Miso Tenjin Shrine, in Kumamoto city, only one miso shrine in Japan. After the ceremony, chef Kyoko Hirosawa served Japan-Netherland mix miso soup to the attendee. The film of the ceremony was exhibited in Dutch Design Week 2023.
