Release Party
The collaboration project with Yamatozakura in Kagoshima. We made imo (sweet potato) shochu using very special rice koji. It is the mixed koji of Japanese rice & Thai rice, as a friendship of 2 counrties for 135 years. Maybe the first case in shochu culture.The name is “ขอบคุณ ค่ะ”, meaning “Thank you” in Thai language.
